Summer Flower Share
The Summer Flower Share includes 10 weekly bouquets to enjoy in your home or to give as a gift this summer. The season runs roughly from the beginning of July through the beginning of September. Bouquets will be ready on Wednesday afternoons until early evening at an easily accessible residence near you for contactless porch pickup. During checkout, you can select your pickup location in northeast and southeast Roseville, Seward and Longfellow neighborhoods in Minneapolis, or Mac Groveland and Como neighborhoods in St. Paul. If you are interested in offering your residence as a pickup location in your neighborhood, or if you would like your flowers delivered to your residence or business for a delivery fee, there will be a chance to indicate this as well. If you are not able to pick up your bouquet at some point in the summer, offer it to a friend or neighbor! Who doesn’t love flowers?
I specialize in growing flowers with extraordinary colors, textures, and vase life. This means you can expect your bouquets to have a colorful palette with beloved summer flower varieties, mixed in with unusual blooms and foliage, all of which change week to week. This season I am growing around 70 different variety and color combinations. Your flowers will be ready to fill your own vase at home or to stay in the mason jar provided and should be expected to last about a week, with some blooms lasting even longer.
You will receive emails starting in late May with detailed information about when the deliveries begin and the address at which you can pick up your flowers. I stay in touch throughout the season with reminders, tips on how to care for cut flowers, directions on how to dry and preserve your favorite blooms, and insights about each week’s particular harvest.
